At Safe Base Fostering each year our carers have to complete mandatory training -these include more specific training in Safeguarding, Emergency First Aid, Medication, Health and Safety, Managing Challenging Behaviour and Safer Caring and de-escalation.
We have a comprehensive training calendar with training offered in the office on a monthly basis. Training can be accessed online on a variety of subjects.
