I have an overarching responsibility alongside the Registered Manager and I make decisions on behalf of the agency in respect to prospective and current foster carers.

I have two, now grown-up children, who still keep me on my toes.

I enjoy walking, jogging, yoga and boot camp as well as socialising with friends!  I have a 2:1 Degree in Social Studies with Social Work and a level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management.   I have always worked with children since qualifying as a social worker in 1995, including in Youth Offending Services, in a Children’s Centre, as a Child Protection Chair and Independent Reviewing Officer.

I have worked with looked after children and foster carers since 2011 and am passionate about the work that I do.   I am proud to be a part of an Outstanding Fostering Agency, a job that I love, with a team of foster carers and staff that ensure that children are safe and able to thrive.
